基于数值有限元技术的弹性应力分析方法

摘要:国际压力容器规范和有限元工程软件的快速发展为弹性应力分析方法的准确运用和高效实施提供了理论指导和技术保障。本文结合新版ASME规范和新一代仿真平台Workbench,从应力分类线的选择、应力线性化的原理、数值分析结果的识别及Workbench的应用等几个方面探讨了弹性应力分析法的设计步骤和注意事项。

Elastic Stress Analysis Method Based on Numerical Finite Element Technology

Abstract With the rapid development of international pressure vessel codes and finite element engineering software, theoretical guidance and technical supports are available for accurate application and efficient implementation of elastic stress analysis method. Combined with ASME code and Workbench platform, design steps and relevant cautions of elastic stress analysis method were discussed from three respects as follows: selection of stress classification lines, principle of stress linearization, recognition of numerical results, and applications of Workbench platform.
