ASMEⅧ-2中基于弹性总应力的疲劳评定方法进展

摘要: 上世纪六十年代,ASME压力容器规范提供了基于光滑试件疲劳曲线和弹性总应力进行疲劳评定的方法。该法沿用至今,但近几年在安全裕度、适用性等方面受到了一些争议。2007年颁布的新版ASME-2中,该方法有了改进和完善。本文试图从争议和改善两个角度对该法的最新进展予以详细阐述和深入剖析。

关键词:疲劳评定、总应力、疲劳强度减弱系数、塑性修正


Development of Fatigue Evaluation Method Based on Peak Stress in ASMEⅧ-2

Abstract: Fatigue evaluation method based on smooth bar fatigue curve and elastic peak stress has been provided by ASME Pressure Vessel Code since 1960s. This method is still widely used today while also facing some controversy in recent years. However, this method has been improved significantly in new ASME-2 issued in 2007. This paper intended to present detail introduction and deep dissection on latest development of this method from these two aspects: controversy and improvement.
