ASMEⅧ-2中结构应力计算方法的由来

摘要: ASME-22007版)针对焊接件的疲劳寿命给出了一个全新的评定方法:基于结构应力的疲劳评定方法。该方法已被证实具有良好的网格不敏感性,特别适合焊接件焊趾处的疲劳寿命评定。该方法的实施关键是求得结构应力,结构应力也是ASME-22007版)中新提出的一个概念。本文从结构应力的定义出发,推导了结构应力的计算步骤;阐述了规范中公式的由来;指出了结构应力法网格不敏感性的理论依据。

Origin of Calculation Method of Structural Stress in ASMEⅧ-2

Abstract: A new fatigue evaluation method based on structural stress was provided by ASME-2 (2007 Edition). It has been proved that this method was mesh-insensitive and especially fit for fatigue life evaluation of weld toe of weldments. The key of this method is to capture structural stress which is also a new conception in ASME-2 (2007 Edition). From the definition of structural stress, this paper deduced calculation procedure of structural stress, presented the origin of formulas in the Code and pointed out the theoretical foundation of mesh-insensitivity.
