ASMEⅧ-2中基于弹-塑性应力分析的棘轮评定方法

摘要: 棘轮评定过去常采用弹性方法,即限定一次加二次应力范围,或采用简化的弹-塑性分析方法。ASME-2规范指出:弹性分析是一种近似方法,对棘轮进行严密的评定应采用弹-塑性分析。本文试图从结构响应、安定判据、强化模型、评定步骤和注意事项等几个方面对这一棘轮评定新方法进行深入探讨,以便其在工程实践中正确实施。

Ratchet Evaluation Method Based on Elastic-Plastic stress Analysis in ASME-2

Abstract: In the past, ratchet evaluation usually based on elastic method which limited range of primary and secondary stress or simplified elastic-plastic analysis method. ASME-2 pointed out that elastic method is an approximate analysis and rigorous evaluation of ratcheting normally requires an elastic-plastic analysis. However detail guidelines for evaluation of ratcheting using elastic-plastic analysis were not provided in the Code. In order to implement this method correctly in engineering practice, this paper intended to discuss this new method of ratchet evaluation deeply from such aspects: structural response, shakedown criterion, hardening model, evaluation procedure and important notes.
