ASMEⅧ-2中基于结构应力的疲劳评定方法

摘要:压力容器焊缝的疲劳评定方法通常基于缺口应力或基于外推的热点应力。这两种方法在获取焊接件的精确疲劳评定时均有一些局限。ASME -22007)颁布后,提供了另一种基于当量结构应力的新方法。本文试图从以下三方面来介绍和讨论该先进方法的特性和优点:概念原理、疲劳设计曲线和工程实施。

FATIGUE DESIGN OF WELDS BASED ON STRUCTURAL STRESS IN ASME Ⅷ-2

Abstract: The general fatigue design methods of welds for pressure vessel are based on notch stress or extrapolation-based hot spot stress. These two methods have some limitations to obtain the accurate fatigue assessment for welds. After ASME -22007was issued, a new alternative method based on equivalent structural stress is available. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and discuss specialties and advantages of this advanced method from three aspects: conceptions and principles, fatigue design curve and engineering implementation.
