ANSYS Workbench 中断裂力学分析功能在压力容器中

作者:Kenny Shen ⁄ 时间:2016年10月01日 ⁄ 分类: 论文 评论:0 [ 摘要 ]疲劳失效是压力容器常见的失效模式,疲劳断裂问题多从线弹性断裂力学和弹塑性断裂力学角度出发进行研究。随着断裂力学理论的发展,其在压力容器中,特别是缺陷评估方面得到越来越多的应用。ANSYS作为通用的大型有限元软件,开发了相应的断裂力学分析功能Fracture Tool。熟悉和掌握这一功能,对于解决含有初始裂纹的复杂压力容器问题具有重要意义。本文以ANSYS Workbench为仿真平台,针对压力容器常见接管模型(含裂纹),采用两种断裂力学问题的求解方法进行计算,为相关工程技术人员提供参考。

The application of fracture mechanics analysis function of ANSYS Workbench in pressure vessels analysis

 

[Abstract] Fatigue failure is a common failure mode for pressure vessels. The methods to research fatigue fracture are based on elastic fracture mechanics and elastic-plastic fracture mechanics. As the theory of fracture mechanics is developed, fracture mechanicshasbeen appliedin pressure vessels more and more, especially applied in defect assessments. As a generalpopularfinite element analysis software, ANSYS has developed a Fracture Tool to solve problems by fracture mechanics. By mastering this tool, it will be convenient to solve the complex problem of pressure vessels with initial crack. Based on ANSYS Workbench, this papercalculates a typical model with an axial nozzle in pressure vessels by Fracture Toolthrough two methods. It willprovide guidance in engineering in the future.
